Accreditation

Proudly accredited since 2016

Elite Open School is a blended private school that is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Accreditation is a process in which schools voluntarily partake in order to help improve upon their own institution, as well as to voluntarily hold up to external accountability. As a fully accredited private middle and high school, our students are taught skills that allow them to be competitive applicants and to pursue careers in all different types of work.

The ACS WASC Philosophy (source)

The philosophy of the Accrediting Commission for Schools centers upon three beliefs: (1) a school’s goal is successful student learning; (2) each school has a clear purpose and schoolwide student goals; and (3) a school engages in external and internal evaluations as part of continued school improvement to support student learning.
