We don't leave student growth to chance. By graduation, every EOS student demonstrates measurable mastery across seven outcomes. Each states what a student will know and be able to do, and how we measure it.

Academics — Deep Knowledge & Mastery
Students will engage complex, college-level material, retain deep knowledge, and perform at a university level before graduating.

- AP scores (rate of 4s/5s), SAT/ACT, dual-enrollment transcripts, 80%+ mastery thresholds.

Problem Solving — Kinetic & Systems Thinking
Students will analyze real-world challenges, use AI productively, and design actionable, systems-level solutions.

- Functional prototypes, AP Seminar/Research rubrics, VC-panel pitch evaluations.

Maturity — Character & Ethical Action
Students will demonstrate fortitude, integrity, and self-mastery, and make ethical decisions in academic and digital life.

How we monitor progress
Weekly LRC mentor check-ins, quarterly Family Action Plan reviews, and real-world deliverables. Aggregate data (AP pass rates, SAT/ACT, matriculation) feeds our WASC Strategic Action Plan and MTSS.
